I was born in 1980 and grew up in the vicinity of Rotterdam. Between then and now I lived at several places in The Netherlands. Now my hometown is in a small village in the vicinity of Utrecht, Hilversum and Amsterdam. Photography has been a passion for me since my childhood. A passion which I was keen to learn more about and which made me do the study to become an official photographer. After graduation at the FotoVakSchool in Amsterdam in 2012 I continued my graduation project and tried several other sorts of photography. Now I find myself most connected to wildlife and landscape photography.
